Salt Creek Grille located in El Segundo, California is a must go for any occasion or event. The first restaurant opened in the summer of 1996 in Dana Point, California. Since it’s opening Salt Creek Grille has had rave reviews for its excellent wine menu, great tasting food and its live jazz music. On my recent visit I started with a refreshing Champagne Lemondrop (Grey Goose Citron, Champagne, Lemon Juice, Triple Sec & a splash of Grenadine). For my main course I had delicious Mesquite Grilled Baby Back Ribs with Salt Creek Garlic Fires that were so amazingly good. The ribs were cooked perfect; the meat literally fell off them! It was a great set of ribs that I will surely come back for. Dessert was also amazing…Chocolate Ganache Soufflé. The Soufflé takes 25 minutes, so order it in advance and when it comes out…scrumdiliumciousness!!
